The desirable BMI range for adult (aged 18 and above) is between 18.5 and 25.
If Your BMI is Less than 18.5, you are underweight
If Your BMI is 18.5 to less than 25, your weight is desirable
If Your BMI is 25 to less than 30, you are overweight
If Your BMI is 30 or more, you are obese
If Your BMI is 18.5 to less than 25, your weight is desirable
